Scope of the Service

Young Learners Studio provides writing feedback and learning resources for primary-age children. All services are accessed and managed by parents or carers. We do not offer accounts or direct communication with children.

 

Parental Responsibility

All submissions must be made by a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for supervising their child’s use of feedback and learning materials provided through the service.

 

Communication

Young Learners Studio communicates only with adults. We do not engage in direct messaging, video calls, or one-to-one communication with children.

 

Handling of Children’s Work

Children’s writing is reviewed solely for the purpose of providing educational feedback. All work is treated confidentially and is not shared or reused for any other purpose.

 

Professional Standards

All feedback is written by an experienced primary school teacher and is age-appropriate, supportive, and encouraging.

 

Safeguarding Concerns

If safeguarding concerns arise, appropriate action will be taken in line with UK safeguarding guidance, and parents will be contacted where necessary.
