This Refund Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

 

Subscription Payments

Young Learners Studio operates on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled by the parent or legal guardian.

Payment grants immediate access to:

• Writing feedback within your subscription allowance

• Downloadable writing prompts and resources

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.

 

Refunds

Because access to resources and teacher time is provided immediately upon subscription, refunds are not offered for partial months, unused feedback allowances, or missed uploads.

 

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after a billing period has started

• Unused resources or feedback

• Failure to submit work during an active subscription

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at the discretion of Young Learners Studio in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payments

• Technical errors preventing access to the service

 

Any such refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Young Learners Studio provides educational support only. While high-quality, age-appropriate feedback is always provided, specific learning outcomes or progress cannot be guaranteed.
